With a Twist’s Managing Directors Martin Jones and Catherine Byrom celebrate With A Twist was born on the 7th November 2007 following a most agreeable management buyout from Northcote Offsite.

Martin Jones (who launched Northcote Offsite in 2001) with his partner Catherine Byrom have now built a platform to truly become the North West and then the country’s finest outside caterer.

With a Twist continues to use the finest locally sourced produce, ‘Food with a Heart and Real Provenance. Prepared by the best people, in our new state of the art facility. Our new stylish tasting room will allow us to create for you a perfect presentation of a fully finished table and themeing enjoy your bespoke designed food prior to your event.

Once at the venue, marquee or your home then nothing is left to chance, ensuring that you and your guests are left wowed by our food, our people and our ethos. To provide an unrivalled service, found years and years ago in only the finest establishments.
